General Terms:
1.The customer has the right to exchange or return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, provided that this does not conflict with warranty terms agreed upon or applicable regulations. After the seven-day period, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.
2.Exchange and Return Conditions:
• The product must be in good condition and unused or unutilized.
• The store reserves the right to inspect the product to ensure its condition before approving an exchange or return.
• The customer shall bear the shipping costs in cases of exchange or return. For international orders, the customer is responsible for the full shipping cost and delivering the product to the shipping company.
• Exchange or return is only applicable in cases of defects or errors in the product.

Cases Where Exchange or Return Is Not Allowed:
•If the product was manufactured based on the customer’s request or according to specific customizations, except for products that have defects or do not match the agreed specifications.
•If the defect in the product resulted from misuse or mishandling by the customer.
•If the customer did not adhere to the product request conditions as stated in the product description.

• No exchange or return is allowed after the order has been completed.
• If a refund is approved, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
